Autonomous AI for a thriving workforce.

We’re building an AI-powered system that operates in the background, discreetly assessing employee wellbeing by aggregating workforce data to give HR and business leaders the insights they need.

The problem

Why Mindora?

Despite advancements, global employee disengagement remains a critical issue, with disengaged employees costing the global economy an estimated $8.8 trillion annually in lost productivity*.

Through our research, we’ve discovered that poor workplace wellbeing is one of the main factors of employee disengagement. But there’s good news: workforce data, when aggregated, anonymized, and analyzed through the lens of advanced AI models, can reveal hidden wellbeing and disengagement patterns.

This is why we’ve decided to build Mindora, and it’s also the reason why Mindora is different from any other workplace wellbeing solution ever built. Only by bringing fragmented data together, and augmenting it, organizations can finally uncover the root causes of employee disengagement, and take meaningful action as a result of it.

FAQs

Questions answered

Q.

How does AI enhance data processing compared to traditional methods (aka: can’t we just put the data together manually)?

Our AI doesn't just organize data; it transforms it. We collect information from diverse sources, then use advanced Data Science techniques to reveal hidden patterns and causations. This process turns raw data into structured, meaningful insights that power our AI modules, creating dynamic, intelligent user experiences and providing real-time insights.

Q.

Can we benefit from using only our existing data, or do we need to source additional information to make this useful?

We start with your existing employee data, typically a simple file containing anonymized information. As we progress, we can explore integrating additional data sources based on your organization's architecture. We're committed to deploying a solution that fits your needs while ensuring GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

Q.

How do you ensure Mindora is perceived as empowering rather than controlling?

Our approach is centered on enhancing employee experience, wellbeing, and productivity. We focus on providing actionable insights, fostering open communication, and supporting growth. Our aim is to align organizational efforts with your employees’ needs, and we’re eager to understand your specific goals and metrics to ensure our tool supports positive change in your organization.

Q.

Can the platform's objectives be customized by country or team?

Customization is a key part of our roadmap, starting with linguistic adaptation for different regions. We're committed to understanding and implementing the specific types of customization your organization needs to ensure the platform serves all your teams effectively, and that Mindora’s users can get insights that are as high-level, or as granular, as needed.

Q.

Is Mindora able to provide value when it comes to non-office workers?

Mindora collects and centralizes workforce data from all types of employees, whether they’re working remotely, in the office, on the move, or in non-office roles like retail, warehouse or supply chain. Our AI-powered platform analyzes this diverse data to generate actionable insights for managers and business leaders, helping them support and engage their teams, no matter where or how they work.

By connecting to multiple data sources, we tailor our approach to the unique needs of your non-office workers, ensuring that decision-makers have a comprehensive view of the entire workforce.

Q.

How do you ensure Mindora is used by people managers, not just HR?

We recognize the crucial role of people managers in employee wellbeing. Our product roadmap includes developing features that provide powerful insights for managers at various organizational levels. As we start deploying Mindora in your organization, we'll collaborate closely with your people managers to understand what specific data or trends would help them support their teams more effectively.

At the same time, it’s important to clarify our approach and the boundaries set by the EU AI Act. We are committed to building a product that does not fall into the "Unacceptable Risk" category, such as AI systems used for scoring individuals, which could infringe on fundamental rights. Our platform is designed with clear limitations on intentions and purposes. Our products are not intended to influence an employee’s career trajectory, and we do not provide individual performance evaluations or personal wellbeing scores. Instead, all insights delivered to the employer are anonymized and intended solely to inform organisational wellbeing strategies.
